由於創新地融合了45°c:0°幾何光學結構和測量最小零件的真光澤傳感器,CM-25cG的靈活性和精度得到了增強,更好地與視覺感知相匹配。CM-25cG由一個積分球和一個創新多鏡系統組成,可在樣品上形成近環形照明,另外,CM-25cG上還配備了一個符合ISO標準的嵌入式60°光澤傳感器。
與其它分光測色計中使用的典型45°c:0°幾何光學結構相比,CM-25cG中所使用的光學系統的優勢在於得到了很大提高的重複性以及與CM-2500c系列的儀器間更小的器間差。創新的光學系統消除了方向依賴性,將測量位置、儀器旋轉、樣品定位和样品傾斜的變化所帶來的影響進一步降低。這為CM-25cG在磨砂、紋理和結構化材料表面(如汽車內飾中所使用的塑料零件)上的測量帶來了很大的優勢。
由於採用了輕便的人體工學設計、選購Bluetooth®和高分辨率彩色顯示屏,CM-25cG完全適用於生產環境中的應用。CM-25cG為同類儀器設置了一套新標準,可輕鬆快速地處理並通過額外信息(標籤)根據分組排序過濾已存儲的數據,並可在1秒內測量數據。
符合測量標準的先進儀器
CM-25cG是柯尼卡美能達與世界主要汽車製造商密切合作研製出的產品,此款儀器不僅可減少與供應商的物理樣品交換,同時還可保留歷史數據,使用戶根據絕對值傳達測量數據,從而真正實現整個價值鏈的“數字彩色數據管理”。
CM-25cG在默認情況下均為真正的小公差(CT)級儀器,通過這一點,柯尼卡美能達再一次證明了其在光學精密技術方面有著很強的能力和知識水平。最大器間差(IIA)僅為∆E*ab 0.15(12塊BCRA系列色板的平均值),這一點和CM-2500c系列的平均器間差(IMA)相同,這標誌著此款儀器的性能已達到了一個新的水平。
