Notice of Termination of Instrument Maintenance and Calibration Services

Dear Valued Customers,

Thank you very much for your long-term support and guidance. We would like to inform you that according to an official notification from the original manufacturer, 

KONICA MINOLTA, INC., the hardware maintenance and original factory calibration services for the following models will be discontinued starting from March 2027.

Affected Models: CM-2300d, CM-2500d, CM-2600d

Providing comprehensive after-sales service is always the core policy and business purpose of Prochem PACIFIC CORP. 

If there is a need for repairs after the deadline, services will be provided based on the availability of our spare parts inventory until the parts are exhausted. 

Therefore, we kindly request our customers to check the current condition of your instruments in advance. 

Please arrange to send them for calibration early, before March 2027, or immediately evaluate suitable successor models. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

Note:

Our company also operates the TAF Prochem Optoelectronic Color Calibration Laboratory, which offers multiple TAF-accredited items and can provide TAF calibration services for color analyzers.
