Notice of Discontinuation of Maintenance and Calibration

According to the notification from KONICA MINOLTA, INC., hardware maintenance and factory calibration services for the following models will be discontinued starting March 2027.

Affected model:
CA-310 Color Analyzer Series
(CA-P32/35, CA-PS32/35, CA-PU32/35, CA-PSU32/35)

Providing comprehensive after-sales service has always been the policy and mission of Prochem Co., Ltd. If maintenance is required, services will be provided subject to the availability of spare parts in our inventory until the parts are depleted.

Customers are advised to confirm the current condition of their instruments and arrange calibration before March 2027, or evaluate replacement models in advance.

We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
